I find it so funny that on the door of this establishment they have a sign up that says “please check your energy and make sure that it is positive before entering” I see that in reference because the guy with the long that is at the front desk that does the check-ins/ sets appointments… his energy is always off. Every time that I visit this office, I have a unpleasant experience with him. He’s rude, very passive aggressive, and his energy is very negative. Even as a customer when you are nice to him He’s still just rude and making snarky remarks or slick Comments. His customer service skills and overall people skills are awful

I adopted this sweet and beautiful boy from cats exclusive and I couldn’t be more happy. Very smart and gets along with my dog too! The staff here was extremely helpful throughout the process and provided useful information on how to care for him! Amazing place and I recommend adopting a cat here!

I adopted the most precious 5yr old boy from Cat's Exclusive. Everyone there was so nice. The only thing was I had to wait 2 long days so they can check ME out before I got to take him home. He is a lover and gorgeous to boot!!

Cats Exclusive was recommended to me by two separate people after sharing some of the struggles I was having with my paralyzed kitten. Dr. M was absolutely amazing and by far the greatest experience after bringing Forrest to 4 other vetenarians. Dr. M was so amazing even my mother (who doesn't have a cat) said she would trust her with her baby child. She explained everything so well, and gave me so much hope that my kitten with live a long and happy life. I will be returning soon for X rays and anything else they will recommend. The vet assistants were also great, and reinforced that I was in good hands. I am so happy got to see Dr. M and would encourage anybody who has a disabled cat to seek help at Cats Exclusive as it has been my saving grace for my sanity and my kittens happy life. 10/10 have recommend to others already, never make Google reviews but really wanted too so I can show Dr. M's excellence.

My son and I volunteer here once a week. This place truly cares about every cat / kitten that enters / leaves the facility. They wants to make sure they are loved / healthy / clean and have the best care and know that they are loved. They play relaxing music, provide clean blankets, beds, litter boxes, toys and ample cuddles on a daily basis. When we finish cleaning, our job is literally to love on them. If looking for a cat / kitten please consider adopting / fostering from them instead of shopping from somewhere. These babies need a good loving home whether they are young or old!
